What is your Turn Around Time?

Our TAT is about 7-14 business days, from receiving payment. We work as a "build on demand," where goods are produced only when or as they are required for you. Please see product description for more information.

Any orders placed after 5PM are considered NEXT DAY and the weekend is not considered a business day. (If you place an order on Friday at 5:01pm, I will begin processing it Monday morning.)

What is your delivery method?

We have in store P/U or we may ship! Shipping costs are calculated based on your address! If your order is over $200 it will ship free in the USA.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final

Products are made to order and customized only for you or your company. We do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds. In the unlikely case of a damaged item, an incorrect item, or if the print is different than your approved proofs. Please contact 1216prints@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Thank you for your business!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the package leaves our warehouse as that is a carrier issue and you will have to submit a claim with USPS or UPS.
